Non-Commissioned Officer School: Major General Kèba Sangare briefs non-commissioned officer students on the directives of the High Military Command

On Thursday, October 16, 2025, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Kèba Sangare, led a conference on the vision of the Command of the General Staff of the Armed Forces for the 19th class of the Banankoro Non-Commissioned Officer School.
This conference by the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces was attended by the Director of Military Schools, Brigadier General Moussa Yoro Kanté, and the Director of the Banankoro Non-Commissioned Officer School, Colonel Sidy Lamine Traore.
The school's instructors and several senior officers from the General Staff of the Armed Forces also attended the conference. The objective of this conference is to share with the junior non-commissioned officers the vision of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and to provide them with clear guidance that will be useful for future group leaders.
Major General Kèba Sangare briefed the non-commissioned officers on the security situation within the military command.
Some key directives from the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces were also given to the 19th class of the Banankoro Non-Commissioned Officers School, composed of non-commissioned officers from Niger and Burkina Faso.
The aim is to understand one's mission, take ownership of it, assume responsibility, and leave a legacy.
Finally, Major General Kèba Sangare encouraged the future group leaders to strive for cohesion and provide care to meet the expectations of the Malian people.
