National Solidarity: Amadou Konaté, known as Titi, Donates Food Kits to Widows and Orphans of Fallen Soldiers

In a show of solidarity and patriotism, economic operator Amadou Konate, known as Titi, presented food kits to the widows and orphans of fallen soldiers and paramilitaries on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, through the Army Social Service. The ceremony was held at the Directorate of the Army Social Service (DSSA).
The donation consisted of 200 50-kg bags of rice, 200 50-kg bags of sugar, and 200 5-liter cans of oil.
This initiative is part of the social assistance program established to support the families of soldiers who have made the supreme sacrifice in defense of the homeland. By making this symbolic gesture, Mr. Amadou Konaté, known as Titi, expressed his gratitude to the Malian Armed Forces and his willingness to support the government's efforts.
The donor's representative, Fanta Konate, stated: "These brave men and women gave their lives for our country. It is our moral duty to support their families."
Colonel-Major Bréhima Samake, in his speech, praised Mr. Konaté's highly patriotic gesture, describing him as a model of committed citizenship. "This donation brings relief to many families and demonstrates the solidarity between civilians and military personnel. The Armed Forces Social Service remains grateful to all those who, like Mr. Konaté, take concrete action for our widows and orphans," said the Director of the Armed Forces Social Service.

The recipients' spokesperson, Kadiatou Thiero, was deeply moved and expressed their gratitude and prayed for peace and stability in Mali. This donation ceremony was marked by an atmosphere of emotion and mutual recognition, recalling the value of sacrifice and the strength of national solidarity.
